Activate FAIRmark

A FAIRmark licence is issued to one computer. Send us that computer's Machine ID with your order number and we'll send back your licence file.

01 The computer's Machine ID

Every licence is tied to one computer. Open FAIRmark on the machine you want to license and read its Machine ID.

Machine identification

Type or paste the ID exactly as FAIRmark shows it.

Where to find it

  1. Open FAIRmark on the computer being licensed
  2. Go to Help → License…
  3. Copy the Machine ID — it looks like FM-3MZ8-1EYF-4A9A

02 Your details

So we can match this to your purchase and register the licence to the right company.

We need your order or invoice number to match this to your purchase.

03 Send it

This is your request. Send it by email, or copy it into your own message — whichever you prefer.

What happens next

Reply
Licences are issued by hand, normally within one business day. You'll get a .json licence file by email.
Activate
Save the file anywhere, then in FAIRmark: Help → License… → Choose file… The evaluation watermark disappears and every feature unlocks.
Keep it?
You don't have to. FAIRmark stores the licence itself, and we can always reissue.
Transfers
Free and unlimited. New computer, or a fresh Windows install? Send the new Machine ID and we'll move the licence across.
