Refund policy

Refund policy

Version 1.0 · Effective 8 August 2026 · FAIRmark LLC

FAIRmark software licences are sold through our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Because Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase, refunds are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy, and this page simply directs you to it. We do not add our own conditions, qualifiers, or exceptions to that policy.

Paddle's Refund Policy applies

All refund eligibility, timeframes, and processing are handled by Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms and Refund Policy:

Where local consumer-protection law gives you additional or non-waivable rights, those rights always apply. Nothing on this page limits your statutory consumer rights.

How to request a refund

Refund requests are submitted to Paddle, who process them:

If approved, Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method. The time for it to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.

Try before you buy

A free, time-limited evaluation of FAIRmark is available so you can confirm it fits your workflow before purchasing. We encourage you to evaluate the software first. (This is a suggestion, not a condition on any refund right — refunds are governed solely by Paddle's Refund Policy above.)

Product support and defects

If FAIRmark isn't working correctly, please contact us first at support@getfairmark.net — we're glad to help and can often resolve the issue quickly. If we can't, Paddle will handle a refund in accordance with its Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection law.
